GlycoBase: A novel database containing published details on 2-aminobenzamide (2AB) labelled released glycans. Each glycan entry is comprehenisvely annotated with a glucose unit (GU) value, MS composition, exoglycosidase digestion pathways, MS and MS/MS evidence together with each PubMed reference. Where glycans have been reported more than once, an average GU value is presented along with the standard deviation.
